Important Notice
Our Service focuses exclusively on English speaking proficiency assessment and does not include evaluation of other language skills (reading, writing, listening).
User Responsibilities
Account Management

Test Conduct
- • Take tests personally
- • No cheating or fraud
- • Test in appropriate environment

Prohibited Activities

Test Policies
Test Administration
Test Conditions:

Test Duration:
- • Levels 1-2: Approximately 15 minutes
- • Levels 3-4: Approximately 20 minutes
- • Level 5: Approximately 25 minutes
- • Must complete within time limit

Assessment combines automated AI systems with expert verification.
Retake Policy
Retake Interval: You may retake the same level after 72 hours.
Fee: Standard fees apply for retakes.

Termination

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Japanese law.
Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Tokyo District Court.
